Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?

How long will we keep your personal data?

2. CHARACTER OBLIGATORY OR FACULTATIVE INFORMATION TAKEN BY THE USER
The USERS, by marking the corresponding boxes and entering the data in the fields, marked with an asterisk (*) on the contact form or submitted on download forms, expressly and in a free and unequivocal way, accept that their data are necessary to meet your request, by the provider, the inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER ensures that the personal data provided to the RESPONSIBLE are accurate and responsible for communicating any modification of the same.
The RESPONSIBLE reports that all data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary for the provision of an optimal service to the USER. In the event that all data is not provided, it is not guaranteed that the information and services provided are fully tailored to your needs.

That in accordance with the provisions of the regulations in force for the protection of personal data, the RESPONSIBLE is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data from its responsibility, and manifestly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, for which they are treated in a lawful, loyal and transparent manner in relation to the data subject and appropriate, relevant and limited to the purposes required in relation to the treaties.
